Cancellation Policy
The booking fee is required to secure your consultation and is nonrefundable. This fee covers the time and expertise provided during your initial assessment. If you choose to move forward with our services, the fee will be credited toward your project. However, if you decide not to hire us, the booking fee will not be refunded.
