Leonardo Maia
Owner, Founder
Having worked as a consulate agent and a leader in passports and visas, Leonardo understands our clients' challenges. He uses his experience in both the government and private sectors to help clients navigate complex regulations. Leonardo leverages his expertise and relationships to represent clients best. Away from the office, Leonardo's favorite pastime is being a dad to his two small children.
2008
Joined the Consulate-General of Brazil in Atlanta.
Successfully passed the selection process to become a locally hired Consulate-Agent with the Consulate-General of Brazil in Atlanta; official title Auxiliar Administrativo (AA).
2010
Joined CIBT Inc., the largest passport and visa agency in the United States, as an office manager in Atlanta.
Promoted to Director overseeing Atlanta and Miami offices for CIBT Inc. Relocated to Miami, FL with CIBT Inc. Traveled extensively for training and to provide support to offices in Washington DC, Houston, San Francisco, Calgary (Canada) and London (UK).
2014
Joined Cox & Kings Global Services (CKGS) as a director of operations in Atlanta. CKGS was the official outsourcing partner of the Consulate-General of India for the issuance of Indian passports, visas, OCI, PIO and Renunciation documents.
At CKGS, traveled to several Consulates in the United States to assist local directors including Houston, Washington DC, and New York.
